Does not include transportation to birding sites but does include evening meal at King's Inn & El Paraiso Restaurant and entry fees at birding sites.

Field Schedule:

Friday — 8:00 A.M. King Ranch, Kingsville, TX, we will leave from the Roadway Inn at 7:15

We will take a birding tour of the King Ranch in the morning and check the ponds of eastern Kleberg County and look for shorebirds on Baffin Bay.  In late afternoon we eat a meal at the famous King's Inn.  Since they serve all meals family style, the cost of this meal is included in the registration fee.  Afterwards we will drive to Zapata.

Saturday – 6:30 A. M. Leave the Holiday Inn and travel to Salineno and Chapeno to look for Brown Jays, then to  Falcon State Park. At 6:30 we will eat at El Paraiso Restaurant in Zapata (meal included in fee).

Sunday – 7:00 A. M. Leave the Executive Inn and travel to San Ygnacio Bird Sanctuary to look for the White-collared Seedeater. From there we will go to the Las Palmas Trail in Laredo. The trip ends around noon in Laredo.
